Sarasota Memorial’s comprehensive outpatient center in Heritage Harbour offers diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests, walk-in medical care, rehab, pain management and home health services.
Walk-In Medical Center
Staffed by respected and longtime community physicians, the Walk-In Medical Center provides comprehensive care for common conditions, such as colds, flu, earaches and sinus infections, as well as urgent care for more serious illness or injuries, such as lacerations, fractures, eye injuries and burns.

Radiology & Laboratory Tests
• Comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, including: general X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, mammography and bone density tests
Mon. – Fri. 7 am – 6:30 pm, Sat. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Sun. 9 am - 4 pm.
• Onsite laboratory services
Mon. – Fri. 7:30 am – 4 pm.
Rehab, Home Health
• Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy
• Home health & private-duty nursing care

Comprehensive Pain Care Services
Comprehensive, patient-centered care, the first of its kind in
southwest Florida, Sarasota Memorial's Pain Care Centers offer the widest range of
coordinated pain care services in the region, from conservative medical
modalities and medications to advanced interventional approaches and invasive
treatments. Our pain care team works with each patient, his or her family and
primary care physician to develop a plan of care that achieves the highest
possible outcomes and functionality, using evidence-based medicine and the
combined expertise of multiple disciplines, including, physical therapy,
occupational therapy and massage therapy.
