1: As you approach Sarasota Memorial Hospital heading north on the Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41), the main campus will be on your left. Turn left (west) just past the SMH sign onto Waldemere Street.
2: To access the Waldemere parking garage, main hospital entrance or the Emergency Room, turn left off Waldemere Street onto Hawthorne.

2: To access the Waldemere parking garage, main hospital entrance or the Emergency Room, turn left off Waldemere Street onto Hawthorne.

3: Once on Hawthorne, turn right to self park in the Waldemere parking garage or continue straight ahead to the main hospital entrance and valet parking.
4: To reach the Emergency Room, follow Hawthorne as it veers to the left, past the Waldemere parking garage and main hospital entrance. The Emergency Room will be on the right.
3: To valet park in the North (LaSula) garage, turn right off Waldemere Street onto LaSula Court.
4: To self-park in the North (LaSula) garage, drive past LaSula Court and turn right off Waldemere Street at the garage entrance.
